ATLAS & SAHARA SIGNATURE JOURNEY

Your journey begins with a private morning departure from Marrakech.

After a scenic drive into the High Atlas, you arrive in Imlil (1740m), where you meet your local mountain guide and support team.

After a short equipment check, you begin your trek through the Ait Mizane Valley, following a well-established mountain trail toward the Toubkal massif.

You pass through traditional Amazigh villages and the sacred site of Sidi Chamharouch, before continuing your ascent into the high mountains.

Arrival at the Toubkal Refuge (3207m) in the afternoon.

Dinner and overnight at the refuge.

Early departure before sunrise.

Climb steadily toward the summit of Mount Toubkal (4167m). Reaching the top is a powerful moment — with panoramic views across the Atlas Mountains and toward the Sahara.

After time at the summit, descend back to the refuge for a short break, then continue all the way down to Imlil.

In the evening, relax in a comfortable guesthouse with a private room.

Early departure toward the south.

Cross the High Atlas via the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka Pass, with multiple scenic stops along the way.

Visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed ksar and one of Morocco’s most iconic historical sites.

Continue through Ouarzazate, Skoura Oasis, and the Valley of Roses before arriving in the Dades Valley.

Dinner and overnight in a comfortable hotel.

After breakfast, explore the dramatic Dades Gorges, then continue toward Todra Gorges, known for its towering canyon walls.

Travel through Rissani and the edge of the Sahara until you reach Merzouga.

In the late afternoon, begin your camel trek into the dunes, crossing the golden sands of Erg Chebbi at sunset.

Arrival at your premium desert camp, where you enjoy dinner under the stars, followed by traditional music around the fire.

Wake early to watch the sunrise over the dunes.

Return by camel or 4x4 to Merzouga, then begin your journey north toward Fes, crossing diverse landscapes and stopping along the way.
